One Day Course: 10am-4pm - £180

Learn the processes of French polishing in a productive day course in which you can gain hands-on experience for this skill.

The day course also includes:

the opportunity to practise on a damage-repair board
create and polish your very own Wooden Mouse door wedge

This is one of our Wooden Mouse doorstops - a wooden wedge decorated with a small wooden mouse on the flat top.

Evening Course: 6pm-8.30pm - £85

A condensed version of the day course, without the door wedge. This short workshop will give you basic hands-on knowledge of French Polishing processes.

Pay-As-You-Go French Polishing project work: 10am-4pm - £115 per day

Please note you must complete one of the above Introduction to French Polishing courses to be able to take part in this project work

Bring in your project (small item of wooden furniture) to work on, with oversight from Stewart, who has 30 years of French Polishing experience. These are single-day workshop sessions, currently Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays, that will run over the period of time required to complete your project. Project pieces will be stored in our premises until the project is completed.
